"We went to have breakfast at 8:30 and there was hardly anything left. One of the guest was loudly complaining about the sparse breakfast spread. We were able to check in early, grateful for that, but later found out that the tv in our room is not working. The receptionist said she will move us to a different room, this was before 4pm. She said that she will call ke when a different room is available. We waited in our room until it was 5pm and the afternoon was just passing us by. I finally decided to follow up at 5 pm. I went down to the reception and the girl there just nonchalantly told the other girl, “just pick a room”. They finally gave me a different room, but no customer care- no niceties, no apologies for the long wait. I feel like this hotel’s staff is sorely lacking in customer service training. "
