"The room didnt have hot water and there was no soap in shower or bathroom. the elevator was not working for half a day. The room was clean and people were friendly but i think it is a old hotel and needs to have better maintenance."

"The restaurant inside the hotel was nice breakfast was not provided with stay it was $25 more per person and the rooms could be updated a little more I could be a microwave in the rooms the staff hospitality is beyond exceptional. Pool was outside and it was raining so didn’t get to experience the pool but would have loved a hot tub. It was only Ice machines on certain floors. "

"Property location was great. Breakfast was good. Only problem was that we did not have AC for 2 of our 3 might stay. We called upon arrival and was offered a fan. The next day we complained again and a building engineer came but still wasnt fixed and wasnt offered another room. The 3rd day another engineer came and asked why we werent offered another room as the unit was unrepairable at the time. It was literally 81 degrees. I didnt pay to sleep in a nightly sauna"

"Great location in the middle of the French Quarter and easy access to lots of fun activities. Noisy outside late into the night. The rooms with balconies and windows on the front side of the hotel do not block the noisy people partying in the streets. Hotel had great vibes, it’s old and has a lot of great character."
