"The location and amenities are great but the best thing was the service. Both of the staff members we met were very friendly and went above and beyond for us. Would definitely stay again. The only slight negative is that the noise from other guests can be heard (thin walls or loud guests, I'm not sure which!) Venice is a wonderful city and this hotel is a hidden gem to explore from."

"Spotless room, close to train station, walkable distance of everything there is to see in Venice.I did not see any staff, but they were present if needed. And I know they were there, every time I'd come back in the late afternoon, my room has been cleaned up, bed was made, coffee replenished, new towel in bathroom. Nothing bad to say about the place."
