Great location, good price BUT

This is a great location for restaurants and nightlight bars, and the hotel is quiet, as it is behind all of the street action. It has a very good front desk attendant, and the rooms are cheaper if you pay for the next night at the office (20% less). That said, the hot water is only enough for one person as it is a small, in-room tank; it takes 20 min. to renew. The mattress was old, the towel thin, old and grayish. Check-out is at 10am.

Quarto confortável, limpo, com frigobar, pia, microondas, geladeira e tudo perfeito. O café da manhã era servido no quarto e o atendimento não há do que reclamar. A localização é perfeita: na rua mais "badalada" da cidade, com várias opções de restaurantes e a uma quadra do centro.

Think We Could Have Found Better

The front desk people were very pleasant and cheerful. We found our room very dark, even with the curtains opened. We just looked onto walls or the parking garage. Perhaps it was just our room on the bottom floor. But the hotel was not busy at all. They could have given us a room upstairs that might not have been cave-like. When we arrived, the bathroom was not very clean. Lots of hair and bits of things on the floor and in the shower. We did enjoy the breakfast been brought to our room.
