Hotel mende

Hotel très bien située, quelques imperfections, poignée de la porte d'entrée cassé, porte de la salle de bain qui ne fermé pas ( plus large que le cadre) très mal insonorisée on entendais tous les personnes dans le couloir ou dans les chambres voisine, la literie étais très bien, tv,parking, Ok.

En arrivant dans la chambre on prend vite conscience de ou on se trouve. Cheveu sur les lits faits. encadrement de poignée sale. télécommande de la TV qui ne fonctionne pas. Le must la douche qui refouler en odeurs nauséabondes. La purge de celle ci n'a pas dû être faite depuis longtemps. J'ai dû nettoyé avant de pouvoir me laver en y allant à reculons Et quelle surprise de me rendre compte que le flexible était tellement usé que l'eau sortait plus du flexible percé que du pommeau

La réception n'est ouverte qu'à 16 h. J'ai attendu deux h. Le code d'accès que l'on m'a donné ne fonctionnait pas l'après midi. Donc j'ai attendu deux h l'ouverture. Hôtel vieillot. Petit déjeuner pas très frais.

Le calme des lieux Par contre les murs sont tres fins . Réveillée a 6h30 par les pleurs d un enfant Pour une simple nuit ca ete parfait . Hotel simple il ne faut pas sattendre a du grand luxe. Juste l essentiel . La receptionniste qui nous a accueilli samedi soir etait souriante, agréable Celle du dimanche matin avait elle oublié son sourire et son amabilité. Dommage

Passage court mais décevant !

Nous avions réservé une chambre deux adultes + 1 enfant. A notre arrivée nous constatons que l'enfant n'avait pas été pris en compte. C'est en catastrophe que l'on nous a remis un oreiller supplémentaire en nous indiquant que le second lit se trouvait sous le premier. Nous nous sommes débrouillés seuls à installer notre chambre afin d'y tenir à trois. Nous étions donc trois, et .... une seule savonnette dans la salle d'eau ! Pour terminer un petit déjeuner "très cher" vu ce qui était à disposition (2,3 croissants, une moitié de baguette de pain, un fond de bouteille d'eau ...) Si nous devions revenir à Mende nous changerions certainement d'Hôtel ! Cordialement

Très bon accueil de la responsable . Chambre correct Mais mauvais point pour la fenêtre mal posée qui laisse rentré le froid glacial et même en mettant le chauffage à fond on n’a passé une nuit congelée de plus hôtel très mal insonorisé on entend tous des voisins. C’est vrai quand plus il neigeait ce jour là donc très froid dans la chambre j’ai colmaté les intertiste de la fenêtre avec du papier toilette.😡 Très bon petit déjeuner..frais et copieux.
