"Run down. Definitely not a 4 star hotel."

"Centrally located, very quiet and peaceful. The room was neat and clean. Friendly staff. However the room was too cold."

"Upon arrival we have been upgraded (for free) to a luxury room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and it had that luxury, boutique feel. Room was very clean. All towels, glasses, cutlery in the room as well as bedding was very clean. The hotel itself has a unique style, very well thought through with stylish design and decorations. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious and quickly prepared and served. Hotel is situated within 15 minutes drive from seaside town as well as...

"The property was immaculate. Very tight quarters but one gets the feeling this is common in this area. View was lovely from the room and the breakfast was outstanding!"

"Great location to walk into Conwy. Nice and quiet. Staff really friendly and helpful. Would have been better if breakfast could have been available a bit earlier in the morning, but the take away breakfast bags were a good alternative."
