"The spa had no steam room. It only had a sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool. You have to pay extra for all other spa facilities that are advertised. The room was crawling with ants and 1 big cockroach. "Lovely hotel. Very comfortable rooms, great amenities (the main outdoor pool was large enough to have a proper swim in), and good choice of onsite food options. The staff was wonderful - super helpful. "

"Stayed in the family room. Good size with everything you need. Lovely shower. My only complaint was that the mattresses weren’t great. All four of us never really had a great night’s sleep. Loved the Sky pool. Bar the mattresses, really enjoyed our stay."
