"Room had a smell of smoke and felt like there was no ventilation at all. The ac unit in the room was leaking so I had to listen to drips of water on wet carpet all night. The walls are super thin, you can here the people above, below and beside you. "

"The hotel was not bad at all for the price. Room was bigger than I expected, air worked good, shower had great water pressure, had great view of ball park which is literally a walk away. Slept great once the game was over. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch although the food needs a little help. Does have a nice omelet bar. Several of the players were eating breakfast at the same time we were, the kids loved that. Hotel has covered parking which is so great, but there is a $22 charge, thought was a little much even if you did not park inside the garage. Only complaint I would have is that I did not like there being a person setting on the patio down stairs smoke weed in something when we walked back up from the game. Hated my kido seeing and smelling it. Over all Hyatt is great place for the price. "

"The staff and front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was great and updated and the beds were so comfortable. Perfect weekend get away. Dog friendly and very accommodating to our fur baby! Food and drinks awesome. Kids loved the pool/splashpad/slides. Thank you for a great stay!"

"There were a lot of positives . Staff was very friendly , overall grounds appeared clean , beds and pillows very comfortable…. However , walls are not sound proof and I could not sleep . I could hear everyone’s conversations . All night long I heard banding noise . It’s appeared to be like knocking but I don’t know what it was . I will never stay there again because I could not get sleep . "
