Silverwater Resort
Great staff, jumping pillow a hit, breakfast was good and good value. Downside is not being guaranteed upfront to be able to check in before 3pm. For an overnight stay in a 2 bedroom aprtmt and being in at 3pm out by 10am - it's not a long time. Other thing is the requirement to clean the dishes ...

Ramada Resort by Wyndham Phillip Island
DELUXE room paid for not allocated. Staff lied about the villa we were allocated, apparently deluxe villas are only available if club Wyndham members haven’t taken up them up. Customers not told the truth about at time of booking. Deceitful practice!!
