This is a lovely, modest hotel in an ideal location for walking & attending events in Melbourne. Recently updated with a pleasing colour palette. Courteous & friendly, helpful staff, parking available close by. Wonderful comfortable bed & pillows, room temperature suitable for sleeping. The bathroom while original was so clean, and has a feature not found in many more modern hotels, the mirror is not affected by shower steam.

Excellent Hotel. Close to public transport and a lot of Melbourne's tourist attractions. Only problem I had was finding a staff member as the check in is now via computer. Also was forced to use my Credit card when purchasing drinks when I preferred to pay cash.

Excellent location for what we needed. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Thought it was pretty bad form though that they wouldn’t except cash but then charged a credit card fee for using credit card when we had no choice!
