Nice area, though distant from Melbourne CBD and airport, despite coming up with search for airport hotels. Felt safe running/walking in area, many nearby dining options.
Stayed here before and it's been a nice clean hotel with plenty of entertainment available. It is also quite convenient as it is only 20 minutes from the airport.
I think the only thing that should be made clearer is the fact u need a $250 bond on arrival as i wasnt aware of that apparently its in the terms and conditions but i didnt see it

The property was fantastic so close to many restaurants . The bed itself was extremely comfortable. The breakfast that was included in the price was excellent servings . The staff at reception and at breakfast in the morning were very professional. Will definitely be staying here again
The lobby and our room were clean and spacious. One suggested improvement would be about the hotel information provided to guests in the rooms. The correct process to access the carpark after 11 pm was unclear. The written information provided in the room said to scan our room keycard to open the roller door but this didn't work. We had to go to reception and was advised scanning won't work and we have to call reception and they will open the roller door for us. It would be great if the hotel information provided in the guests rooms are kept up to date to avoid confusion and inconvenience to hotel guests. Aside from this minor inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay at Mercure Melbourne Caroline Springs hotel. Thank you.
I 5 dagar fungerade allting perfekt fram till lördag morgon. Efter att ha väntat på den beställda frukosten i 45 minuter blev vi tvungna att gå för att hinna med dagens uppgifter.Då hade vi drucket upp kaffet och juicen sedan länge och frågat efter maten 2 gånger. Det gjorde att vi också hoppade frukosten nästa dag, avresedagen.
The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice and welcoming and the facilities were great. The only issue was the noise from cars hooning about in the car park outside, which is out of your control.
Overall we had a wonderful stay.
Location was convenient for our needs. Room and facilities were great and will certainly revisit.
Our only query was the bond of $250 which was unusually high and could be held for up to 14 days depending on banks. 14 days is a nonsense

Good Afternoon Chris,Thank you for a constructive feedback. 250 bond has been our policy for a long time, I am looking into this to see if it is worth changing the amount for the majority of our clienteles. 14 days holding policy is to provide you with a worst case scenario to ensure that you're not fall short due to bond money not being returned to your account in time, we usually cancel the pre-authorisation the day after your departure but the bank provider may take longer than 5 days to process money back into your account.I am sorry for the inconvenience this may caused.Kind Regards,Kay Sudjunta

Good hotel for short stays in the Carolyn Springs area. Has a decent bar, but staff there had never heard of gluten free beers and they didn’t have any decent ciders on tap or in the bottle either.
