The staff were courteous and the room was fine. Lowlights were no body wash is the shower (empty container) chair in the bedroom is stained, plug doesnt fit the sink, no desk to do work emails on and checkin is not till 3pm!!!

The room was so good that anyone could live here for a length of time. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. We attended Metallica at Marvel Stadium and used the free trams to our advantage. This option makes it very close to everything. One thing though is be careful using the shared carpark. My car is not low and it was scraped badly underneath due to steep inclines in the ramps. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay here!! Perfect location - so handy to the trams. Friendly/helpful staff and the room itself was great. Only negative was that we had to ask 3 times before our room was finally serviced, but other than that it was fantastic
