Spotless room, modern and bright. Good shower, smart TV, nice balcony views, fantastic location. Good shower. Everything you could need for a short stay. Staff were very helpfull and available when we had questions. Will absolutely book again for our next Melbourne getaway.

Easy to get to, excellent instructions re lock box. Clean and good towels/bedding. Plug for kitchen sink would have been good, and some small shelves in bathroom for storage. Great area, close to tram

Good location needs on-site staff + customer care

Perfect location and bed was comfortable. Living room set up cozy. I think the room was clean overall but due to the tired state of areas it was difficult to be sure. Many things would be minor maintenance fixes, like a coat of paint over scarred doors etc. As for service...there is no reception and no staff. You have to "pre check-in " online which initially didn’t even work and involved phone calls. I only got out of the carpark because someone else arrived as my fob seemed to stop working. If I stayed again it would be purely based on location.

No information about entry, check in, car parking etc. took 1.5 hrs to get to room, waiting for key codes, finding carpark, then designated park number was wrong, no wifi password. Only 1 small aircon, room faces west and was 31 degress on entry, took until midnight to get to 22. shower and cabinetry is old and tired, needs updating, beds were comfortable.

Location was decent for what we needed. Was reasonably clean but very rundown everything needed a good updating. Sliding doors were scuffed in the paint, towel rail was wobbling out of the wall etc. also very UNSAFE in that the sliding door to the balcony was unable to be locked or latched. We have small children so this was a massive safety concern especially on a high level. They did send someone over to fix it 24 hours later. But also the air conditioning unit on the balcony didn’t have a cover and there were chairs out there which could act as a ladder for small children which also wasn’t very safe when the balcony door was unable to be locked or even latched. It was fairly clean and decent size but location for lockbox and access was very hard to find and definitely had a language barrier when checking in over the phone. It worked for the purpose of our stay but unsure if I would stay again.

10 for location, condition average but cleanliness very poor, no staff contact office unmanned. We expected serviced apartments no service offered. No vacuum cleaner or broom had to buy our own floors and carpet needed cleaning

We stayed in Room 404 which was really basic. It is just a concrete & steel box with no interesting decor or style at all. It would benefit from a bit of love from the owner. I would not stay here again.

The service was terrible, didn’t get a pass for the pool and gym, then had to call up get one, didn’t work. They say parking is $28 a day, got charged over $50 for less than $24 hours. No instructions, got extra charges you don’t get told about. Would not stay here again

This place is well located in an upper middle class area over the road from a private hospital suitable support family. Close by variety of eating places a super market and fine dining with in an easy walk.

Comfortable stay with 3 couples with enough beds for everyone. Easy access and excellent customer service. Will definitely stay agin and recommend to others of a great place to stay. Room for improvement darker blinds in lounge especially if guests are sleeping in there, central aircon or split systems in bedrooms (Darwin people can only sleep with aircon or fans 😊)

Good location close to the trams, makes it easy to access transportation! Apartment was overall clean, although did smell of cigarettes. Gym and pool are beautiful. Staff was very helpful!! We had to check in after 1 AM and were sent the wrong access information, but they answered the phones and got it sorted right away. Would definitely stay again!!

There could have been more utensiles and other materials. We were living in the apartment for 3 days so could have done with a colander, pepper and salt, more tea and coffee, more toilet paper, a tin opener. Just some of the little things. The view and location were awesome.
