"A stunning location, overlooking the beach with direct access. Big, clean rooms and with plenty of amenities on site, but also in a great location if wanting to explore the town. Felt very safe and secure, and the free breakfast was exceptional. Very helpful and friendly staff, from the minute we arrived to the minute we left - reception team, concierge and bell boys, restaurant staff and the people working around the pool. Would definitely return."

"Lovely resort which was just by the beach. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained but there were noisy motorbikes around the perimeter close to the beach. The staff were very pleasant and made a lot of effort to facilitate our stay. The rooms were tidy and modern . The breakfast buffet was geared more towards the Asian palate. The half-board package had limited options in the restaurant menu. Overall the resort is good but 10 days is a long time to spend in one resort in Bali."

"We had an excellent stay there. Hotel and rooms are modern and very well maintained. All the amenities are on par with other chain hotels with great facilities such as the gym and spa. Breakfast is as also fantastic. The staff in all aspects of service was outstanding in their attentiveness and politeness. The area is full of shopping and other activities as the beach is just a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend for a family stay."

"The place is so beautiful. It handles busy periods well, without being crowded. There is something for everyone, from serene pools to a foam pool party. The food is excellent, the staff are welcoming and the atmosphere perfect. I couldn't fault this place. You can snorkel from the beach and see turtles and see all the fish you would like to. It was just perfect for my family."
