"Staying here was great! It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station so it’s convenient, the area is nice, staff was friendly, and the room was perfect for a solo traveler over the weekend. Water and hot beverages were complimentary by the front desk and there was the option to get breakfast for €19. The bed was comfortable and shower was lovely too. Would stay again!"

"The first room had a smell of drains which was present throughout the outside corridor. They agreed to change the room, which returned me to happiness. Staff were good in general, although they didn’t supply or resupply the tea/coffee facilities well at all."

"Zimmer & Komfort Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß, allerdings ist der Grundriss etwas unvorteilhaft gestaltet. Die Betten waren zwar bequem, aber die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wirkten alt und abgenutzt – diese sollten dringend erneuert werden. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt im Bad: Es wäre schön, wenn Bodylotion zu den bereitgestellten Pflegeprodukten gehören würde. Service & Personal Hier gibt es den größten Verbesserungsbedarf. Das Housekeeping war wenig aufmerksam (einige Handtücher wurden beim Wechseln schlichtweg vergessen). Der größte Schwachpunkt war jedoch die Rezeption: Das Personal war sehr unaufmerksam und unfreundlich. Mir fiel auf, dass die männlichen Kollegen etwas professioneller waren als die weiblichen. Lage & Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig an mehreren Knotenpunkten gelegen, was je nach Reiseziel sehr praktisch ist. Was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis angeht: Sauberkeit und allgemeine Instandhaltung sind in Ordnung, aber für den gebotenen Service und die Ausstattung ist das Hotel ein bischen zu teuer."

"Only stayed one night, but it was lovely, the guy that checked me in was friendly and helpful. The following morning breakfast was surprisingly good for me as they had vegan options, and the man seeing to the tables deserves a special mention, lovely helpful man ( sorry didn't get his name but he is Ghanaian)."
