"Paolo was attentive, kind, and patient when my journey was substantially delayed. I was able to contact the property easily and he made a bad day better. The property is on a beautiful square and walking distance to pretty much everything I needed. The room was comfortable, original, spatious and clean. The property was also secure and quiet. "We had a great stay at Hotel Donatello which is located across the street from St Anthony's Basilica. Most rooms have a view of St Anthony's. Great Restaurants including Al Santo are steps outside the door. Staff was attentive and helpful; we were provided with a box breakfast because of our early departure."
