"We enjoyed Hotel Flisvos. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very firm. They had a drying rack on the deck, which allowed us to wash a few items of clothing. We enjoyed a walk along the beach and eating at one of the restaurants along the beach. We did a quick trip into the old part of Kalamata, but the castle was closed (3:30) and we weren't impressed with the commertial area. We came directly back to enjoy the beach. "One of the nicest views you will ever see overlooking the sea/ocean. Anywhere you look out from the hotel you are looking at the water. Very clean hotel, great breakfast/full breakfast. And the coffee tasted great. Need to drive a few minutes to get to the ocean…….And the beaches are everywhere. Loved the place."
