"Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times.
Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!)
Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment.
A/C control needs much more...
"Wir waren anfangs Juli für drei Tage in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und reichlich. Alle drei Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet und auch die Weinempfehlungen waren vortrefflich. Wir können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. "
"The breakfast buffet was great. It was included and was a nice surprise. Nice staff. Cleanest hotel I have ever been too. Quite a distance from Zurich but doable with a taxi. This hotel was worth every penny. The apartment suites are amazing! Would definitely come back. "
