This is our go-to location when traveling with kids to Meersburg. The family room is excellent and the hotel is right next to the old town. Only wrinkle is that the parking they give you is about 15 minutes away and the map they give you isn't very well marked. Take about 5 minutes to get your GPS set before leaving the small loading zone next to the hotel.

The hotel is located in an ideal and centrally located area. The beds were comfortable and the room spacious. The floor were not clean (hadn’t been washed). The free breakfast was nice, but average in taste and selection.

The room was okay. Not bad, not good, just okay. The location was great. Unfortunately there are two jufa entrances. So you have to know the one you are supposed to to, which is very confusing. Plus people are walking on the streets the cars are also driving on. I had to back up from the wrong entrance to about a block to the right entrance. Then I was “greated” by the mayor who said if I stayed there I would get a 55 euro ticket. He did point me to a loading/unloading zone behind the building. Of course he didn’t say that’s what it was for. The hotel said u have to drive 5 minutes away and walk back. Not unexpected considering how old the town is, but you really have to know German to know these ins and outs and understand what to expect. The location was awesome and everything is absolutely walkable even the ferries to kanstanz.

The breakfast was terrible, very poor for the price. The location has a parking arrangement but it’s located 20 minutes walk from the hotel (very inconvenient). I found public parking for 15 euros per night. Overall not worth the money…
