First day had 2 big towels second day only 2 small towels, no extra blanket in the room as my wife was chilled turned up heat but still needed the extra blanket. No cups for drinks other than coffee cups no lids. Room was clean. Staff were pleasant.

The hotel was quiet, clean & nicely decorated for the holidays & the room itself was clean & modern with good amenities but the breakfast ended too early (@ 9am) & could have been better replenished. The front desk clerk could have been more friendly, welcoming & engaging as well; no smile or warmth whatsoever especially during the holiday season.
