The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Mexico City. The staff truly made the experience even more memorable. "This was a nice spot, centrally located, with walking distance to metro, trolleybus, and bus. Staff was very nice. It was nice to have laundry available. There are several shops, restaurants, and mercados nearby for needs, groceries, souvenirs. Would visit again."

"Customer service was very good overall. Front desk always greeted us as we passed by. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the hotel for you. The hotels location could make for a tough night’s sleep with constant honking and sirens from the adjacent intersection."

"The staff in general is fantastic! The hotel is in great condition. The only thing was that a convention hosted by the hotel at the time and it was chaotic to use the elevators. Other than that, I believe the experience was great as always."

"The staff was incredibly friendly. The concierge desk helped us set up transportation to and from the airport as well as gave great recommendations! The breakfast every morning was great and the rooftop bar and Terrazza restaurants were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Finally, the staff knew it was our anniversary and sent us complimentary chocolate-covered strawberries. It was a wonderful stay and we want to come back for our next anniversary! Thank you Andaz staff!"

"Our stay at Maxico Mexico Roma was an absolute delight! This beautiful boutique hotel offers such a warm, welcoming experience, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and accommodated throughout our stay. The on-site restaurant was also a plus. The food, atmosphere, and service were all fantastic. The location is also ideal for exploring Mexico City, with so much to see, do, and experience nearby. Overall, Maxico Mexico Roma was the perfect home base for our trip. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and memorable boutique hotel in Mexico City!"
