El hotel tiene su agua la que se supone q es potable CONTAMINADA, sale de la regadera y del lavamanos CAFÉ, yo hablé con el hotel q quería terminar mi estancia y que requería mi reembolso, me confirmaron q autorizarían el rembolso a Expedia, sin embargo expedía me acaba de mandar un correo de q no me reembolsaban por q el hotel se negó. El caso es q nadie se hizo responsable de este problema.

Las instalaciones ya se ven afectadas por el paso del tiempo y en los noventa debió ser un gran hotel. Me tocó una habitación trasera y en la habitación contigua los vecinos hacían demasiado ruido pasional. Mala estancia para mí. No dejaron dormir

Las instalaciones están bien lo que no se vale es que no respeten las reservación, hicieron otro cobro aparte del de la aplicación diciendo que haber reservado por aplicación no era reservación y que por aquí no se hacía cobros y ahora en lugar de haber tenido es uento tengo un doble cargo por una habitación que tenía mucho ruido. Las camas estaban súper mal y todavía me dijeron que mi reservación no era válida. Me di cuenta hasta que ví mi cobro en mi estado de cuenta porque no llegaba el recibo de ustedes. De verdad que pésima experiencia reservar con ustedes
