Excellent room, and in a great part of the city. Especially loved how you can coordinate with the staff for everything from tourist excursions outside of the city, to massages in the room.
Would recommend and stay again

Perfect location to explore Mexico City. Room was large and nicely designed. Would stay here again!

Everything great, they just need to bolt down the safe in the room so someone doesn’t just grab the whole thing and walk out with your passport in there

Staying at Boga was great! The staff was super friendly, and the location is very walkable. There’s also a convenient little store right on the property. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I love how large the water bottles they provide are. Overall, a great place — I definitely recommend it!
Great hotel and staff in excellent location. The adjacent vegan cafe was very handy too.

Property was in a great area of CDMX. Many restaurants and street food vendors in the area. Hotel staff was excellent from the front desk to the cleaning crew.

Boga in Mexico City was absolutely outstanding — a true gem of a hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless, stylish, and welcoming. The design is modern yet warm, with thoughtful touches in every corner that make the space feel both luxurious and personal.
The real highlight, though, was Fernando. He went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable — attentive, kind, and always one step ahead of what we needed. His genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home and truly cared for.
Every detail at Boga exudes calm and intention, from the serene ambiance to the impeccable service. It’s the kind of place you never want to leave. I can’t recommend it enough — and a special thank you to Fernando for making the entire experience so wonderful.
We had an excellent stay at Boga! The location is ideal, you cannot find a better spot when visiting Mexico City. It's right in the middle of one of the trendiest neighborhoods and steps away to popular restaurants. It was still very quiet at night. Our room was really modern, comfortable, and spacious, and the trees outside gave it kind of a treehouse feel. The staff were great as well and really responsive on WhatsApp at all times. Highly recommend!

This hotel is in a great location in a walkable neighborhood with lots of dining options. It was central to the places we wanted to visit (though not super close). The staff is friendly and accommodating. Many of the rooms have windows looking down into an patio owned by the juice bar downstairs, which can get a little noisy. We had a great stay there!

Our first time in Mexico City . The best part of the hotel was the location. Walkable to everything in Roma Norte . The room was clean and the staff was friendly . The rooftop was very nice to lay out for a couple of hours. Will return and recommend.

The best part of this place was the staff. All very nice and accommodating. The place was clean and nice but if you are on the first floor you will hear the juice bar on the first floor. It was disappointing how loud it was and I would assume the higher floors were better.

Brand new and tastefully designed hotel with a lovely chap at the front desk who happily helped us with a few requests to make our stay even more comfortable. Rooftop is perfect to enjoy some sunshine and the hotel has a laundry room and gym! Would be nice to have a breakfast service although the hotel is adjacent to an organic mini market and a stone throw away from some incredible breakfast spots (highly recommend Constela Cafe, Madre Cafe and Rosetta).
Quiet, clean and a lovely comfy bed!

Small property in a great location. Check in was easy and the hotel is in the middle of so many shops and restaurants. The entire neighborhood is walkable. The entire staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious but storage is limited, if you are a heavy packer you might not have enough space for your stuff in the provided drawer ( 2 drawers). The beds are a bit stiff and the beds are noisy. Im a heavy sleeper and was woken up every time my husband rolled or turned. Overall a good hotel.
if you end up on the third floor, you can hear the music pretty loudly from the roof above. I believe the cleaning lady left our bedroom door open and we had to deal with a mosquito flying around our room as well since the hallways are exposed to the outside. I usually don't write bad reviews but i was really annoyed by how much they were chasing me for the $750 Pesos ~ $40 USD snack bill they forgot to bill me on when i checked out. The link they sent me would not load as i was boarding for my flight and i had terrible reception. I told them i'd pay when i landed and they sent a message back RIGHT AWAY chasing me to to pay ASAP. When I landed, I kept trying to pay and sent screenshots of errors but none of the times would go through via encrypted credit card, apple pay, google pay, then unfortunately, my actual cc. I actually stayed up past midnight to try to pay. The system is not their problem, but they asked so many times to pay when i tried multiple times within 12 hours after checking out, barely taking into account how inconvenient it was for me to do so on a plan, after a flight, at midnight.Truly not the customer service I signed up for nor was i asking for a luxury white glove experience. they chased me like they felt like i was going to run away with the $40 snack bill from 3 snacks lol--that's the experience i didn't sign up for
