Amazing hotel in a perfect central location. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help—nothing was ever too much to ask. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality options. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and three different pillows to choose from, which made for a great night’s sleep. We also felt safe throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Medellín. 😊

On the whole, the hotel was fantastic. The staff were super helpful, breakfast was very good. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from for lunch or dinner. We were in bedroom 315 and the noise from the courtyard was quite loud in the evenings and first thing in the morning when the staff for setting up for breakfast which starts from 6 am. Ear plugs solve this problem however, if you wanted some rest in the afternoon in your room be prepared for noise.

Unfortunately the pool is undergoing construction but you can use the facilities at a sister hotel 2 blocks away. I had an absolutely amazing stay at The Click Clack Hotel Medellín. The décor is breathtaking, modern, artistic, and thoughtfully designed down to every detail. The service was truly out of this world. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and made the experience feel special. The location is also perfect, close to everything, yet still feels like a stylish escape. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín.
