Be careful of this place

The location is great. Loved the bar downstairs. I stayed for 5 nights. They didn’t charge me correct when I checked in so they asked for more money the next morning which seemed fishy. Also, you have to buy your own toilet paper which I thought was weird. My biggest complaint is they didn’t give me my deposit back. I told them 5 hours before I had to check out to catch a plane. Well the lady at the front desk said she couldn’t check me out because she couldn’t leave the front desk. They then tried to blame it on me saying I should have told them earlier. Why do you need more than 5 hour notice???? Plus, it was at 9pm so not like a crazy time. Lady at the front keep telling me to leave my banking info and they would deposit the money the next day. Who in the hell would leave their personal banking info. She was pretty rude about the entire situation. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I’m a gringo from another country. If you stay there, be very careful

Loud rooms, A/c was leaking water heavily for 2 days before it was fixed, i fell hard onto the floor due to slipping on the wet floor. Great place if you want to party till 4 a.m. every day and bring in underage prostitutes every day like many do.

Adjustments required.

Cash payment only for stay. One of the reasons I selected San Peter was because a washer/dryer was listed on the page. However, in my unit there was only a washer. When I asked about the dryer, I was told that only several units have a dryer and those dryers were combined with the washer and not a separate unit. These particular washer/dryers have a 5 hour drying cycle and the clothes are NOT fully dried and come out somewhat damp.

This room is in the 2nd floor. It's impossible too sleep due to really lound music from street bars. Very surreal...

Disappointing stay. The room did not have all the amenities listed, for instance it was missing a coffee maker. The rest of the furniture was rather old, it may have been better before but not at the moment. Would not stay there again.

This is the worse hotel I have ever visited. Stay away from this place!! They don't accept credit cards and don't issue electronic receipts as required by the law in Colombia. They demanded a cash deposit that later refused to return. I stay one night and decided to leave because I didn't feel safe at that place. There was suspecious looking people, strong mariguana smell, loud music all night long, managment were rude and refused to refund my deposit and they charged me extra for parking when it was supposed to be included. Parking is terrible as well, there is very little space to maneuver and even a small vehicle has lots of trouble geting in or out of that parking lot. I can not believe expedia is doing business with that placed. I'm very disappointed and concerned about making hotel reservations with expidia again. I will be submitting a complaint with the Colombian authorities against that place and its management.

Absolutely awful experience at this property!  Here's a list of reasons why I don't recommend anyone stay here" -  they only take cash as payment (in full on arrival), and also require a cash deposit in order for you to check in. - there is a nightclub right next door that  lasts loud music on the weekends until 4AM, including on a Sunday night, which can be heard in the hallways and your suite.  Good luck getting any sleep while ghe music is blasting! - I was told that the windows in the building are soundproofed, however, this is not the case.  The window in my bathroom didn't even close properly so you could hear everything from outside. - the safe inside my room would not close, there was something wrong with it so I had to use a key - there is a restaurant on the main floor, the smell of the kitchen will make its way into your room if you keep your windows open - my suite didn't have toilet paper when I checked in - You'll have to purchase your own laundry detergent, shampoo and soap if you want to be clean and fresh during your stay - hot water in the shower is hit and miss Other than the above, this place is alright.  The location is good and the bed was comfy.  The front desk staff are nice

Nice place near la 70 in Medellin

The suite is type of apartment with kitchen. Good location nearby supermarket, restaurants, etc. The payment recived is just cash and for me was a big pain. The view of the city and place is cosy, however the mattress is no confortable.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff & manager.Friendly staff at the restaurant too. . The Superior rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The rooms have a nice vibe and are provided with a spacious fridge and washer, walk in closet and a nice shower area. Lovely views too from the higher floors, one can watch the turbo props take off and land at the local airport against the backdrop of hills. Lovely. The hotel is located in a safe and convenient location - ATMs, pharmacies and a supermarket are located a few minutes walk away. Lots of dining options are available in the neighborhood - local style bar & restaurants, vegan, Lebanese and fruit salad & coffee shops. Laurales is a lovely area with a local flavour.The chiming of bells at a nearby church add to the charm of the place. The arepas served at the restaurant downstairs are amazing!!
