Clean and brand new room. The staff is the best. The great location to walk Provenza, El Poblado and everything. It's small hotel but I got more than I have expected. I will recommend to all of you. I am coming back soon.

I have already began to refer others to this hotel. It is the cleanest I’ve been in the last 3 years including places in the U.S and New York City. The staff were always helpful, it’s safe and secure. All the comfortable basic amenities were in my room. The pool was welcoming and I regretted that I didn’t get a chance to get in [due to being tired from touring things]. The location was great for my stay. Everything that I needed at minimum was within walking distance. I even walked to the Sante Fe mall which was about 20 min and went to the movies on my last day at another shopping center that was less that 20 min away. Noise was minimal despite being in a club district. My tours’s buses picked up at the park across the street. And there are restaurants and shops in the area as well. There are also craft and souvenir stalls in the park as well. FYI, they are better priced than the MDE airport Immediate communication was available on WhatsApp with them. Since I knew I had to get a travel sim this was not an issue (despite I had to learn how to use WhatsApp bc it is not used in the U.S that much) and there is no landline phone in the room. but who uses those these days anyways? And the complementary breakfast was a hot traditional Colombian breakfast ( not Banda Paisa) which was tasty.

Super friendly staff, enthusiastic about making us feel welcome. The breakfast cafe just opened and it was great, but it wasn’t yet opened in the afternoon/evening. TVs didn’t show any channels, so we had to get out of the pool to watch the World Cup. (They promised they were working on this). Absolutely prime location. Very safe.

This was a perfect small and quiet hotel for me, a solo traveler. The staff originally showed me a very cute but windowless room .When I asked about natural light they immediately and without charge switched me to an equally cute and tidy room with a window over looking the pool area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast also just right.

Desde nuestra llegada hasta la salida el chico súper amable y atento. Se siente como estar en casa. Un ambiente súper tranquilo. Área céntrica y accesible para lo que necesites desde jangeos,comida,casa de cambio,farmacia y transportación. Repetiría el hospedaje aunque les diré que la cama es bastante durita pero te adaptas 😂. Área de la alberca muy acogedora, el personal súper excelente. Sergio y Andre fueron muy atentos e incluso Sergio decoro la habitación para mí en mi cumpleaños fuer realmente sorprendente, aunque este hotel está en remodelaciones ya que nuestra reserva fue en su primera semana de apertura el personal se encargó de que estuviéramos como en casa. La ubicación es excelente muchos restaurantes, colmados y a dos cuadras del provenza. Sin duda volveriamos.
