During our month-long trip in Colombia, this was by far the most beautiful place we stayed in and the most relaxing time we had in our entire trip. The hotel is adorned with Medellin's beautiful flowers, and of course, since they offer an entire tour of their garden and it is quite the famous one in the city! The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful, they got us drivers when Uber would not work, and recommended many activities to do around the city. We were late to dinner one night, and the kitchen staff even waited for us to arrive to have dinner for us before they would go home (I do not recommend doing this, they work very hard and deserve their break!). My family loved it so much, they want to spend an entire month just in this place next year! We also loved it so much, we got my brother-in-law and their partner a night here as well. It is our favorite place, you will not regret your stay.

It’s a beautiful property, lots of agriculture & a large statue of Christ is on it as well. The biggest issue I had was the no hot water & the shower not draining while water pooled outside the shower behind my toilet as well. I really wanted it to be a great stay, but the WiFi didn’t reach my room, it’s only available by the main building or in the dining & game area. I was asked what I wanted for dinner & was never given a menu, I asked what was available & was given 3 prices which is a strange way to offer someone dinner. I enjoyed the fire pit with some travelers, I really enjoyed their company & conversation. It was during a fiesta that I was there, so music was a bit loud from the party area on Friday & Saturday evening. The walls are so thin I could hear everything my neighbors were saying & doing. It’s a gorgeous location, but I doubt l will go back. Just so many frustrations with communication, food, WiFi, no hot water, etc.

Its a beautiful place, very quite and peaceful if you want to disconnect from the city life and relax. Great staff ,very attentive. Food was good, but i think they could do better. The only downside to this place is that for you to get to the hotel, you will have to drive very slow through this two way narrow road to get there. I will definitely recommend this to anyone.

Mire the 30 min waiting at night waiting for someone to help me enter, with someone on the phone who was not on there, no one to help there, after more the 30 min, when entering the room there was no water, they solve this later, the next day we went for a walk on a property and Hotel staff made us return because is said the was not allowed to walk on the trails. Beautiful place, BAD service
