El hotel esta muy bien ubicado que fue lo que mas me gusto, la atención fue buena. Una recomendación es que deberia ser mas variado el desayuno ya que todos los dias fue lo mismo. las toallas ya deberian cambiarlas estan muy viejas.

Pésimo servicio al cliente

El hotel cuenta con muy buena ubicación, muy cerca al parque lleras un sitio ideal para la vida nocturna. Se trata de una casa adaptada como hotel, con pasillos, salidas y habitaciones muy reducidas, las condiciones de mantenimiento de las instalaciones son regulares. El servicio al cliente y la atención son pésimas, la toalla que me entregaron rota, sucia y parecía usada, no me entregaron control remoto, papel higiénico no había en la habitación. Lo más triste fue q realice la compra con cargo a la tarjeta y finalmente Hotels no aplicó el pago. En la tarde me contactaron del hotel con una actitud grosera, que me había ido sin pagar, como si fuera un delincuente. Finalmente fueron donde yo estaba y les pague la habitación en efectivo. Opinión no volvería por el mismo precio hay muchas opciones.

No es agradable

La habitación no es agradable, es encerrada sin ventilación, el closet es la parte de abajo de la escalera de madera del piso superior, por lo cual cada vez que alguien subía o bajaba me despertaba, ademas allí guardaban la aspiradora y un mesón de metal, debí aguantarme que la habitación fuera la bodega del hotel. Ademas la toalla del cuerpo era del tamaño de una toalla de rostro. no colocaron papel higiénico ni tampoco jabón. Excesivamente caro para un lugar tan incomodo.

Buena ubiacaion

La gran ventaja del hotel es la zona, eta en el parque lleras en donde hay mucha actividad sobre todo nocturna. Es posible encontrar con el mismo precio habitaciones mas comodas pero la acogida es perfecta.

It is a safe and nice place to be in Medellin

For me the 5 nights I was there was very nice. Clean and Safe. Finally, the location was so close to Park Lleras in the Poblado neighborhood.
