The whole place was 5 stars. From the employees to the rooms to the food! If I go back to Colombia I will stay here for sure. The breakfast is awesome and the staff from the restaurant are amazing! If you want somewhere to go and be near everything this is the place to be!!

We love it here! The location is perfect, being out of the madness of Medellin but just two minutes away from it all. The people here are wonderful, we appreciate them all. It's also very safe - from the room to the parking garage. It also has a very good breakfast buffet. If I had to nitpick, the only disappointment has been that our room isn't very clean (floors). We always find someone else's hairs and small bits of trash around at times. Even when we've requested housekeeping during our stay, the hairs remain. However, beds are clean and comfortable, air conditioner and water work, so it's a minor thing to overlook. We've stayed here several times though, and all the other positives greatly outweigh the one negative. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel - a little further out away from restaurants etc but it had free parking which more than made up for taking taxis. Staff were great as was room and breakfast. Very happy with it and got an upgrade to Jr Suite via VIP perks. Delighted.

The rooms are spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable—perfect for both relaxing and working. Every detail feels intentional, from the design to the amenities. The staff truly makes the difference here: friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The location is excellent, offering privacy and tranquility while still being close to everything Medellín has to offer. This is easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Colombia. EVERYTHING about my stay was PERFECT! The staff was so kind, attentive, and helpful! & I mean every single one of them! Ivan at the front desk and Adolfo at the restaurant were exemplary! I would say this property is five stars across the board. I overhaul had no issues here. I do believe it is on the price of your side, especially for the area that it’s end. But I can’t say it disappointed. All of the pictures and videos looked exactly like it did in person. The staff were super helpful and kind. They had English speaking staff as well. Very clean and organized. Please be aware that there is a $200 fee for having guests. I missed that in my contract.

OMG This place has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. Located in the heart of El Poblado area its close to restaurants, bars and high end shops. The Hotel itself is gorgeous, the facilities immaculate and the views are breathtaking. The service is in a whole other level, everyone went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, special shot out to Adolfo our main server during morning breakfast for his overall hospitality and excellent demeanor. He his place is a 10/10, Highly Recommended.
