The staff are excellent and respectful, all of them! I highly recommend the deluxe suite; it's a very comfortable one bedroom apartment. Breakfast is good but not very varied. Overall, I recommend the hotel for both business trips and vacations.

Alex at the front desk is hands down the most accommodating and professional gentleman I have come across in my 20 years of traveling . Juan Pablo is the manager here and he is the best ! He always makes me feel welcome and appreciated and secure. I love the breakfast Matt upstairs is amazing he always the cooks the best Breakfast and now they have lunch ! It’s amazing !
