"There were stains on the sheets and pillow cases when we got into our room. One of the top bunk beds was very stained and looked like it had just been flipped over, so whoever sleeping on the bottom could just see a huge stain. A roach also actually crawled out of the microwave (can’t make this up). It also doesn’t mention on the website that if you are under 21 they will make you pay 100 dollar deposit in case you don’t leave the room in good shape, which is kind of crazy given the fact it was...

"The staff was very professional, and nice. However the rooms need more attention, there was stains everywhere on the carpet, furniture also had stains. The bathroom caulking had mold, and the bathroom curtains had holes, as well. And the fridge you could tell it’s not well-maintained and old. "

"Spacious rooms"

"We enjoyed to stay there. The room nice, the bed comfortable and breakfast was good. I give four stars bc the room keys didn't work right. Everytime we get in the room, we have to go to see receptionist to activate the keys about 10 times. We askesd to switch the room, she said the rooms were full. "

"I chose this hotel primarily because it is advertised as pet-friendly, as it was very important for me to be able to have my pet with me. However, during breakfast, I was asked to remove my small puppy, who was very young and quietly staying inside my bag, after another guest mentioned having allergies. I understand the concern, but this situation was disappointing, as it contradicted my expectations of a pet-friendly environment. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome having my pet with me...

"Room 1003A was amazing. I had 3 kids with me on our family trip and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved swimming in the pools and the playing pool on the pool table. The staff was very friendly and didn't hesitate to answer any of our questions we had. We were able to check into our room early after driving 24 straight to get there. Hands down would pick this place again over any other place in Panama!"

"Not bad "

"The location is great. Parking is easy and secure. The beach is a 30 minute walk at least I walked it so I know for sure they do have a beach shuttle and parking is fairly easy at the beach as well. Two dollars an hour. The staff seem short staffed with housekeeping. Make sure to ask early in the morning because they’re busy but they get it done. All of the staff at the desk are nice and patient. Great time will visit again.! thank you"

"Well maintained hotel with very friendly staff. Pet friendly with multiple pet relief areas. Maintained pool. Room was spacious and clean over all, only complaint would be the floors. They looked clean but the bottom of our feet said otherwise. Would stay here again, great value !! "
