"Really nice resort. Awesome pools and activities for all ages. 2 bedroom suite was large, clean, comfortable and well appointed with kitchen essentials. Housekeeping staff was amazing. All-in-all, this was a very great place to stay, and we will definitely stay again. 5 *’s!"

"The recepcionist provided me the worst attention and service ever, the room didnt have blankets when we arrrive late night, the answer that I got was : I dont have any, its not my problem, tomorrow you need to ask in the reception. Consequence: kids sick next morning. Later, ask for some additional minutes for the check out, the answer was : not even a single minute. "Rooms clean, but the air conditioning did not work efficiently. Our room remained hot with lower settings. Hallway to room carpet had stains and a bad smell. Breakfast wasn’t much, we went to waffle house instead. Parking for beach access is about a mile away give or take, but very small and full each time we went. Pool and patio area is clean. Staff is very friendly."

"We booked a room with a balcony and it was supposed to be a certain price , I didn’t even notice until we had already checked in and it was late that we didn’t get the balcony , whole reason I paid the extra money. On top of that they charged us an extra 150$ that came off my card after check in .
