"The Good: Convenient location, spacious, nice "Big Bear" style wood bedframe, hot tub had plenty of hot water (but 2 of the jets point straight up, so prepare to have an unexpected shower!) The Bad: Fireplace was broken. We weren't informed beforehand, and we should have been. The fireplace was one of the main reasons we booked the room, The property manager did not seem to feel badly at all about this and did not offer us any consolation, discount, etc. Very disappointing, definitely made us feel not appreciated or respected. The hot tub is in the living room, where there is a large window that faces the parking lot. Instead of having curtains on that window, there's only 2 very cheap paper-like blinds, which don't close together fully. So if you plan on using the hot tub, either wear a bathing suit, or know you can easily be spied on from outside. Also, the floor was quite dirty/sandy, the bathroom door squeaks loudly, and sometimes you have to jiggle the toilet handle for it to flush properly. "

"had no heat no face or hand towels took over 4 hours for them to bring us two big body towels with iron but still no heat or face, hands towels the whole entire stay.... Was not how to appere on picture the room was old and ran down I would like a full or have refund back I need to report this the state general how this company let owner rent out there property with no heat..."
