"Wonderful stay! Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast."

"We arrived late Friday afternoon and went to sleep early to get up at 3:30 for a 5AM flight Saturday morning We were not around for breakfast. We did not use the hot tub or pool. However we did enjoy a hotel staff that picked us up at Pasco Airport after dropping our rental car off Friday afternoon and also drove us at 4AM Saturday morning back to the airport for our 5 AM flight. The people we met at the Red Lion Inn were thoughtful and helpful. "

"After enjoying a late night dip in the hot tub and pool, I turned on the water in the shower to rinse off and the spout shot across the tub and slammed into the wall. Had I been standing in the shower, I can only imagine what kind of injury I would have. The staff did move us to another room, but there was no adjustment to our rate and no other accommodation made. Very disappointing. I will not stay here ever again."

"I generally stay here when I come to the Tri-cities area. It conjures the nostalgia of traveling with my parents in the 80s and 90s. If you’re over the “dorm-style” extended stay hotels, this is the place for you. Overall, the property is clean but a little lacking in general maintenance and could use a good million-dollar facelift. But, I’m not too concerned with the exterior or whether some would say the decor is “dated”. (I think you could agree it is). The rooms are clean and quiet, it has free WiFi and is also safe. I left my car unlocked after I carried all of my bags inside and nobody messed with my car. I will definitely stay again!"

"The room was large and comfortable. We were not aware that the dining room closed at 2pm on Sunday as we arrived hungry at 1:45 and were left forward to an early dinner. Very disappointed. However we did enjoy a great breakfast the next morning! We had some trouble with the tv and the front desk staff was great helping us out. Beautiful grounds. Thanks."

"Very clean rooms and breakfast was great"

"heated pool is not. Tub drain leaked. Fridge froze out bottled water. Got in line for breakfast and the maid/cook. broke the waffles down literally as i started to reach for the cup. "we close at 9". The time was 9 am and 15 seconds. Manager: "She shouldn't have done that" sympathetic shoulder shrug. I'm an older lady traveling with my grandson, whose lips tuned blue in the pool who I had to take for breakfast delaying our departure. So, stay again? Not just no, hell no!"

"Door didn’t seal so you had the outside coming in, absolutely no hot water. Nobody at the front desk in the morning to help you get hot water. Property was very dirt. Broken door appliances everywhere. "
