"Upon arriving, we could not get the TV to work. It turned on, but said there was no signal. Everything was plugged in correctly. I called the front desk and asked the guy if the cable was out due to the high winds we had. He said it was on just fine and he would call his manager to find out what to do about our tv. Never got a call back. The next morning, the cleaning lady literally knocked on the door twice and walked right in. Didn't wait for response or anything. This was an hour and a half before checkout. About the only good thing about it was the breakfast, which was your basic continental breakfast."

"Fair amount of plumbing issues...no hot water, the toilet barely flushed, and the sink backed up. Also got some bug bites in the bed. The activities from the next room shook the bed in my room. Would not recommend. "

"Water pressure in the shower was poor, bed was very uncomfortable, the jets for the hot tub weren't working so it was like soaking in someone elses bathwater, there was blood on the buttons in the elevator, lots of noise from the truck stop all night and the freeway noise was more than I expected. "My family has stayed with the Hampton Inn on several occasions and we're NEVER disappointed. The check in process is efficient and staff are extremely friendly. The continental breakfast is fresh and hot. The pool is decent. It would be nice if they had a hot tub or sauna, but not a necessity for us. "

"The hotel is wonderful, they are welcoming and kind at check in and check out. The ONLY thing that I wish was different is that they did not have an elevator and I was on the second floor. It's just an older hotel so that happens."
