"The staff at the front desk were excellent in arranging for taxi pick up. The breakfast fare was rather underwhelming. I am also not a fan of having maid service every other day. This is touted as a move toward minimizing environmental impact, but in effect it deprives staff the opportunity to earn more or to have more staff hired. As it was, the shampoo dispenser was empty after the first day and was not refilled during my 4-day stay."

"Liked that this was attached to the conference centre. No need to walk outside in the winter when going to events at the conference centre. The on-site restaurant and Starbucks were a plus, and there were great restaurants within walking distance. Bar staff could make a great cocktail."

No staff on-site but they are very responsive by phone, which was reassuring. Only suggestion I would have is to include a usb-c or usb-a port somewhere in the unit (we forgot our charging brick, but assumed there would be a port to plug a cable into like most hotels have now in a lamp base or integrated into an electrical outlet)."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The bed was not clean upon arrival, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Only two small towels were provided in the room, which was insufficient. The shower mixer was broken and difficult to use, and the bathtub curtain had a strong unpleasant smell, making the bathroom experience uncomfortable.
