TV didn’t work (they may not have been aware) and there were no towels. But They came right up with towels and even lent us a phone charger. All in all the room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but the facility was barren. No breakfast. The front desk was often empty. The shower was lukewarm. I won’t go back again.

A great affordable convenient stay downtown. Close to shopping and the downtown region. The price range is really affordable and the room was your average room, nothing over the top and nothing to complain about. Staff were friendly.

The room was ok, clean. The TV worked but you had to get up to turn it on and change the cancel. But there were 2 remotes. There was only 3 pillows and 2 towels with no hand towel. When asked for extra it was brought to our room but then the worker pushed past me and barged into the room saying he needed to check the shower curtain ( this was also around 9pm) I told him my partner was in the bathroom and he said he would wait... My partner told him the curtain was ok and he finally left. To access the room, you had to enter in a 8 digit code and return the card when leaving.

Staff was extremely rude. I had to phone the front desk every time I wanted to enter the building as the main door was kept locked at all times. 4 out of 5 times, no one answered the phone and I had to wait until someone appeared in the lobby to gain access. The 5th time, the desk clerk was at his station talking on his cell phone and ignored me. All he had to do was reach down and push a button to let me in, but he made me wait. The room was neat and clean enough, but without any towels until I asked for the 3rd time for them. The first time I asked he brought me 2 facecloths only. The next time, he was "busy" outside, talking on his cell, speaking in his own language, leaf blowing the 4 leaves that were in the parking lot and told me he would get to it. The last time I asked (3 hours later) he brought me 3 bath towels so thin you could see thru them. I asked if there was breakfast and for coffee for the coffee maker in our room and was told the city inspector shut down their breakfast and coffee machines, (Health Inspector I wonder?) so he could not give me any coffee. The fridge in the room had so much ice inside that the door did not close properly. I mentioned it at check out and even showed the clerk a photo of it. He said he would try to figure out how to get the ice out. Never again will we stay there.

No towels or soap in the room. Towels were brought to the room when we asked for some. Coffee maker in room but no coffee or cups. Hand print on bathroom wall above toilet. Shower faucet handle came off when I tried to turn on the shower. I was able to re attach it and proceed with my shower. Multiple stains on sheets and towels. Staff was great. Room was quiet, which we appreciated.

The room and the hotel itself was very nice and very clean. Good for a short stay. The negative was that they only gave us one bath towel and one floor towel for two people. You also need to bring your own toiletries as there was no soap in the room at all, not even hand soap to wash your hands after using the bathroom. And we were only given 3 little packets of shampoo. They are also right next to a homeless shelter so there are a lot of people begging for money on the street around the hotel.

I rented the room my aunt and the motel and service itself was fantastic. The room was clean, the attendants were helpful and kind, my aunt forgot her bank card after checking out, they called me 30 minutes afterwards to let me know she left it there It's convenient, close to amenities, shopping and the business area downtown. Transportation if needed is close by Now the issue is with the homeless and drug addicts in the parking lot around the garbage bin and the church beside it is a hang out. No one bothered her or myself when I visited her, but the potential of it is possible. If renting just be aware of your surroundings Checking in and out was quick and easy
