"Key card had to be reprogrammed at least four times. Rooms were not vacuumed didn't have toilet paper,shampoo or conditioner or a tub stopper to take a bath. Comforter was stained with what I hope wasn't blood. Don't know if they were even washed. And staff was not friendly. Hallways smelled like ..."
