"Great hotel and stay. Nice, clean and wonderful gathering areas. We recently stayed here and Dreammore and my only complaint (and it’s not that bad) is the beds are not as comfortable as I’d like or expect. Otherwise, awesome hotel and stay! Would definitely stay again at both resorts "

"We stayed here in February knowing some outdoor areas would be unavailable for the season. However, what stood out was the lack of spaces for adults to relax while kids are playing or swimming. There really weren’t comfortable spots for parents or adults to sit back and unwind nearby. It would greatly improve the experience if there were more designated relaxation areas for adults within the family spaces. Even an outdoor heated area for those who prefer to sit outside would be a nice option—having a few choices would make a big difference. I would go back only when all parks are available. "

Very perfect location, close to Bucee's & other stores, it's perfectly in the middle between Knoxville & Gatlinburg so I absolutely loved that and would book again. I had no issues, staff was very kind & everything was clean. Thanks again for accommodating me!"

"Room was clean and staff very helpful. Pool and hot tub was amazing. Only thing that would have been better. Rooms need better lighting, only had three lamps in the two rooms. Will will stay again."

"Wonderful indoor waterpark. So many fun slides for all ages adults included. The rooms in the main lodge were def a little outdated but overall it was a blast. A+ for the lifeguards being on top of their training game. "
