Cleaned the room every day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location for the Carnival parade, with a balcony to watch from the room. Directly across from the beach and restaurants on beach. Older hotel, needs update.

Some inconsistencies in room amenities. No coffee pods, sometimes got water bottles, no kleenex the first few days. Staff were as most Mexicans are; very friendly polite.
