"Great staff, beautiful hotel "

"A beautiful location on the slopes of Rincon de la Vieja, Borinquen Thermal Resort is a treat in the heart of the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica. "Was just looking for something convenient next to the airport but this was a beautiful new, clean hotel with friendly staff. Also had a convenient shuttle to and from the airport. Looks like it would be a great home base for more adventure in the area, but I'm just passing through. Would stay here again."

"I had an amazing time at the Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. Every single staff member from check-in to check out, to buffet dining, fine dining, various bartenders, pool people. Everybody was friendly and welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. All of the food was delicious. The coffee shop amazing.
