"Everyone was very welcoming and friendly.
The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a disabled access which was great.
Only negative. No air conditioning, but we asked for a fan and we were given a large fan on a stand, which was sufficient.
Breakfast was fantastic good quality and freshly made."

"We came here for a night for our 25th wedding anniversary as this is where we spent our wedding night. Has changed a lot obviously and looks like there’s some renovations being made, but we stayed in the main hotel. The room was really nice and clean, food was amazing, we had evening meal and breakfast. "Amazing new hotel in the heart of Blackpool! Lovely and clean, lift to every floor and nice big beds. Staff were lovely and there was an area to sit and eat food, and also a games room. Parking was tricky because you had to pay a lot for overnight parking, so I would find a free spot on the nearby streets instead. Also breakfast wasn’t included which would have been an added bonus! "
