"The staff were not helpful at all, reception doesn't pick calls because the reported number on expedia was wrong. There are charges not included in Expedia and was asked to pay upfront despite showing the booking details.
The premium rooms are smaller than the executive despite being higher in price for some reason.
There’s no shuttle service provided or nothing closer to find by for commuting to railway or airport."

"I think the positive reviews are paid ones. They converted an old bungalow into a hotel. It was right besides train crossing and every now and then you could hear the noise of trains. Some basic facilities like intercom was missing. Although the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedsheet was not so clean. A basic thing like shampoo and bodywash were not provided. Last but not the least, when i wanted to make a card payment, they did not have card swiping machine. Nothing great about the food. "
