"Fantastic Property . Staff are so helpful. Staff at the bar were super nice . I would have liked a few more options at the breakfast menu . Most of the items are there every day and bit more variety would have been better . But overall it’s a five star experience ."

"The Domes of Elounda was a beautiful property. The facilities including pools were beautiful. The reason I give it an ok is due primarily to service and maintenance considering the price. I expected 5 stars and got 4. The first night our electric went out. They fixed that that night but the hot tub did not work until the next day. The bar servers were incredibly slow. Other service was slow as well due to most of the servers being new. The cart drivers were great as well as reception."

"The hotel is beautiful but there is no proper beach close by so difficult with children as the pool was extremely cold and not heated. No one swam in it apart from the seagulls as it was so cold which was a shame as it was large and well positioned with sea views."

Starting with the positives — the staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. "First would like to say I'd definitely come back to this hotel on my next holiday to Crete. The hotel is quite massive and lovely to walk around on a warm night. The room and the balcony was spotless. Didn't see much I didn't like about this hotel, many locations to sunbathe, swim and relax. Some of the hotel staff are polite and helpful especially the bartenders on the 17.00 shift on blue bar and the bar by the Olympic size pool, it was easy to have a conversation with them and they gave good...
