"The Sundial was an excellent place to stay for a couple of nights. The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was very clean, but the furniture was a little worn and could use to be updated. The kitchen was great, and the bed was very comfortable. Self-parking was very easy."

"Everything was good and we enjoyed our stay. I do have one complaint which disappointed our stay. We have a EV and I specifically booked this hotel because it has a EV charging system. We paid $39 for each night for Valet. No problem but we asked 3 times asking to have our EV charged overnight to be ready for our drive home. NOT CHARGED… we had to stop and charge up… 30 mins added to our way home when it shouldn’t have been. Not cool… especially when the guest had used Valet. We left it in your...

After an hour searching and asking several businesses in town they indicated that it could be Carleton. No reception and no where to park, then went to Longhorn to ask. "The pool and hot tub closes at 5 which was annoying. We didn’t get to use it because who wants to sit in a hot tub during the day? The halls also smelt heavily like vodka and must so that was a little offsetting. Jets in the bathtub didn’t work. Toilet flow wasn’t great. Fireplace was turned off for the season.. honestly it was a very overpriced room and I wasn’t too thrilled."

"It was a great stay, and was very convenient being right in Whistler village! The room was clean, spacious, and staff were very friendly and helpful! The only thing was the paid parking, it was $26 a day, and a little frustrating that it was only done in 24hr increments (you couldn’t pay for parking for a day and a half - you had to do the full 2 days (48hrs)). However, that is a very minor inconvenience! Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Whistler, BC!"
