The facility is obviously old and tired with two generation old systems like washlet toilet, bath, refrigerator, carpet, bed and so on. Witout renovating such fundamentals, the hotel seems to have made a large investment of automatic check-in/out system, which is quite unique to ask you to return your room card every morning. Don't know why. However, its price may well appeal to some customers like me.

出張で初めて利用しました。 新しいホテルではありませんが、チェックイン·アウトはタッチパネルによってスムーズにできます。 初めてでもスタッフの方が丁寧に教えていただけるのて時間はかかりませんでした。 アメニティはロビーのエレベーター前に準備されていますが、とても種類が多く充実しています。 入室すると室内の洗面所にあるコップにもアメニティが詰め込まれており、ロビーにはなかったものがあったりしてびっくり。 駅前と言うこともあって移動や食事には困らないロケーションで良いと思いました。 また利用させていただこうと思います。

バイクを敷地内における事

バイク旅行でしたので、置き場所が1番の問題でしたが、ホテル内に無料で置くことができて大変に、感謝しております♪。また、酎ハイなどに入れる氷や電子レンジも各階に備え付けてあり(無料)、助かりました。朝食も満足しました。ただ部屋の冷蔵庫の底が少しこぼした跡があり、拭き取れていなかったのと、ホテル側にメッセージを滞在前に入れましたが、いまだに回答無し(既読もされていない)のが残念です。その他は満足しています。

松江駅のすぐ裏で有料ながら駐車場も使えて利便性の高い立地。部屋もきれいでした。スマホの充電器を持って行くのを忘れて困っていましたが、ホテルからの貸し出しがあり助かりました。
