In the evening you will be entertained by an orchestra of Coqui’s, birds, peacocks and a variety of other insects and creatures that I could not possibly name. Here’s the kicker. If what I have already shared doesn’t have you running to make a reservation, the on-site chef will definitely get you there. Ema is a phenomenal chef. Blending ingredients to create masterfully delicious meals. If they gave Michelin stars in PR, he would have already received several. Add to that, Mama (the owner’s mom).
