"Family trip, 2 kids (7&5), kids loved the pool, especially the small pool, free boogie boarding, kids enjoyed activities (making necklaces, clay things, painting, bingo). Staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. Food was pretty good at all 3 locations on site. I think music at the pool could be a little louder, seems like it was only loud enough for those at the pool bar, and maybe more pool activities for adults. "The room was cleaned every day . The staff did an amazing job. The staff was very friendly and helpful . The only negative I have is the food wasn’t very good and it was over priced."

"We stayed in the Ron Ron suite. Wonderful views. Great food and service at the restaurant.
Hotel was difficult to find since it was the evening.
The viewing platform had great views but lots of bugs and ants up there.

"This resort was a pleasant surprise. My husband selected the hotel & I was not excited about having one restaurant on the property. All I can say is WOW!! The menu changed every evening (Italian, Caribbean, Mexican) , the protein was prepared fresh upon request. Typically you had the choice of beef, chicken, fresh fish or pork. "Planned this vacation for our honeymoon and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They always made sure we comfortable and accommodated properly without us having to ask, especially Shay.
