"The location is amazing The room comfort is very poor, the bathroom condition is very bad. The reception is nice. The breqkfast is poor and you need to ask each time some dish is over... The pool is excellent. Improving the above can make it a 5 stars property, again - the location is breath taking"

"My stay was amazing! The check in was perfect, the service was impeccable and the location was central to day trips up Almafi and quick access to Sorrento. If you are driving around town, check your route. I used GPS and it sent me down a traverse and it was narrow even for Italy and had traffic in both directions. I scratched my car. There is an alternate route into Sorrento that is equal travel time. Nothing to do with hotel but worth noting. "

"The staff at Maison Cipriani were exceptional; and worth personally mentioning; Marika. Prior to our stay, she supplied us with extensive information about the area, local attractions and transport links, whilst during our stay she assisted with our delayed baggage. Nothing seemed too much for them to handle. The room itself had a lovely balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples. "Disponibilissimo e gentile il personale. Disponibile ampio spazio all'esterno con gazebo e sdraiette. Bagno piccolo ma con tutto quello che serve, compreso un box doccia con tantissima acqua. Ottimo ed ampio anche il parcheggio all'interno, meno bene forse per le manovre per entrarvi. Silenziosissimo durante la notte. "

"Location da favola. il residence dispone di tutti i comfort e servizi. (piscina, barbacoa, giardino); la pedana privata che offre ci ha salvato dalle spiagge ovviamente stracolme nel mese di agosto. il servizio navetta a chiamata, un pregio enorme! il proprietario è disponibilissimo ed anche molto simpatico. insomma niente di cui lamentarsi, ci torneremo sicuramente! "We were not impressed with Expedia. They had an incorrect phone contact number for the property manager who was to meet us to take us to the property. Dealing with them a number of times to get connected was NOT positive. Once connected with the property manager, communication was good! One challenge was only one key to the unit and security gate for 4 people. Property overall was large, lovely and relaxing with two decks and a pool with large shaded lounge area. "

"The most amazing view. We stayed two nights in a Junior Room with a beautiful terrace overlooking the valley and the sea. We spent the whole of the second day in our room and watching the boats moving around the bays and going back and forth to Capri. Both nights we had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. Loved, loved loved our stay!! "
