"This is definitely our favourite hotel in Sapporo. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent location. You just canโ€™t get better. Rooms are extremely comfortable, with good bedding, and all required amenities. When the room heating gets too hot in winter, you can get staff to open the window slightly. This is extremely helpful. Weโ€™ve now stayed here twice, and will return again."
