"The property was great and we loved the amenities. The breakfast was phenomenal. But, the website says there is a free shuttle from the airport and when we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to pay. We asked at the front desk and were told that yes we had to pay and that the website is very out of date. We were also charged a tourist tax that wasnt much but again was an extra, unexpected charge."

"Clean ,good Location "

"The reception was wonderful, my meal was maybe the best one I had while in Croatia! Compliments to the female cook. My room was tidy and quiet. I loved the free shuttle to and from airport! I would definitely stay again. However, with that said I do have 2 suggestions for the hotel. Get rid of the antiquated hair dryer system and buy ones that just plug in. It is ineffective at best and is too hot to hold on to. I haven't seen these since the 70's. Secondly, the shuttle driver said "I will help you" then wheeled my suitcase away and left me to carry my rather large heavy bag from the drive into hotel 😆 this wasn't helpful at all! It was comical to me especially with a broken foot. He wasn't to be bothered I guess. I do recommend this hotel absolutely, just plan extra time if you need to dry your hair, and use a towel to protect your hand from burning 😉"

"Hotel itself is lovely, and spa very pleasant indeed. Most of the staff we interacted with were very friendly too. However, the inclusion of airport transfer as an offered service seems somewhat misleading. Between this and another 5 star, I choose this one because of this advantage. When I contacted them to on the day of travel to give my flight details several hours prior to departure, the reply simply said I should book a taxi because transfer "has to be booked in advance". This has not been my experience with other hotels offering the service, many of whom even contact you on the day of travel to coordinate pickups. I can't say even tell you how much advance notice they seem to require, as the particular staff member I dealt with on this topic was not very helpful, would advise not relying on this service here."

"Overall, I found the location to be very convenient, situated right next to a café offering a variety of quick bites such as pizza, sandwiches, chicken wraps, soda, sweet drinks, and pastries. The bedroom was comfortable, with a bed that was firm yet soft, accompanied by fresh, clean bedsheets. The restroom was updated and modern, featuring good water pressure. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast, which included eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, oatmeal, sweets, and juices – the food was tasty. Additionally, the hotel kindly lent me an umbrella during rainy days, and Uber or taxi services were readily available for pick-up. The room amenities included a patio with a table and chair, a refrigerator, TV, and desk, which made my stay more convenient. The hotel is also just one block away from a grocery store and approximately 20 minutes from the airport. Lastly, the hotel reception staff were nice and professional."
